Growing Agents network
Halley Homes are extending their network with the appointment of Agents across Queensland. This will enhance Halley Homes branding in regional areas, provide more consistent sales with trusted locals acting as our agents, and also allow more competitive installation rates by providing us local building resources instead of sending installers from Brisbane.
The Agents are provided product training and are issued with a Sales Agents manual which provides a step by step process from enquiry to invoice.
A network of strategically placed display homes will soon mirror Agent locations – watch this space!

New Business increasing
Halley Homes sales are increasing with new systems installed to help track prospects, provide better service and data base building for follow up calls. In the last four months we have nearly sold as many homes as were sold by Halley in the entirety of 2010.

More opportunities
The Halley team are ecstatic with the approval this week of our suggested update of the most common “keywords” for use with the web site. The team at Halley believes this will enhance the volume of leads produced weekly as they enter the system and take effect.
Another tender win by Halley Homes
Halley Homes were delighted this week when advised by the McKinley Shire Council that our tender for 1 x 4 bedroom home and 1 x 2 bedroom homes has been successful. The homes chosen were the 4 bedroom Leichardt and the 2 bedroom Cook.

ULDA Success
Halley Homes has been advised that they are one of 3 ‘preferred builders’ in their Roma Project, which could provide Halley with up to 100 homes in the next 12 months.
Great efforts by Brett McDonald (CEO) and Kevin Mullin (Design Manager) to secure this deal.

This is our third largest home called the “Leichhardt”. This is a 208m2 home, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom with a selected render finish. Our prospective clients are all very impressed with the space and height of the home.
