Structural Framing

• Base frames are of Universal beams with RHS joists
• Wall and ceiling frames are steel to comply with the Building Codes of Australia and the local building authority. Timber frames are optional

External Cladding

• A choice of Sheet Metal, Fibrous Cement Weatherboard, smooth, patterned or other cladding specified in our Standard Range (Plan Specific)

Energy Rating

• All Halley Homes must achieve a 6 star energy rating, subject to site conditions
• Note: Single storey designs receive Wall and Roof insulation (optional under floor insulation). Variation to standard plans or options may require re-assessment

Windows

• Aluminum powder coated sliding windows with tinted glass and a choice of colours from our Standard Range
• Window locks to all operable windows
