The Halley Home Building Process
After selecting a Halley Home that suits your needs the design plans, colours and fixtures are all added to the contract and we start the construction process. Your home will be built to the Australian Building Code and carries a six and a half year structural warranty. You will be contacted by our sales staff to update you on the build progress prior to installation.
Once constructed, the home will be transported to your land and installed by our expert installation team ready for the services to be connected. At this time a final handover will take place, explaining all warranties and features of your home ready for you to move in.
