Halley Homes

The Halley Homes Building Process

Our unique building process is highly specialised with strict quality control every step of the way. The process is carefully  programmed to ensure your home meets all - and exceeds many - of the Australian Building Standards for factory built housing. Your specific needs are assessed and catered for at every stage, from your initial contact or visit to our sales office to final hand over. We strive to give every customer a home that suits your specific needs. After you have selected a home design, our drafting team prepares the plans.

Then the production team meets to discuss your home’s construction schedule at our Banyo factory. Materials are ordered and construction takes place, from framing, cladding, plastering and painting, right through to all of the internal fittings and finishes. When your home is completed, we instigate a thorough quality control process which ensures everything is built according to your specifications.

Then the process of preparing your home for transportation begins. Your home is split and protected and prepared for loading onto our specialised vehicles. While this is happening at the factory, our site crew is busy preparing your land for your new home to arrive.

On arrival your house is positioned and our site crew begin joining and ‘completing’ your new home. Another quality check is conducted before your new Halley Home is handed over for you to enjoy.

You can rest assured that your new Halley Home is quality-built and will be an asset you can be proud to own for many years.
